William S. Demchak is chairman and chief executive officer of The PNC Financial Services Group, one of the largest diversified financial services companies in the United States.

Demchak joined PNC in 2002 as chief financial officer. In July 2005, he was named head of PNC's Corporate & Institutional Banking responsible for PNC's middle market and large corporate businesses, as well as capital markets, real estate finance, equity management and leasing. Demchak was promoted to senior vice chairman in 2009 and named head of PNC businesses in August 2010. He was elected president in April 2012, chief executive officer in April 2013 and chairman in April 2014.

Before joining PNC in 2002, Demchak served as the global head of Structured Finance and Credit Portfolio for JP Morgan Chase. He also held key leadership roles at JP Morgan prior to its merger with the Chase Manhattan Corporation in 2000. He was actively involved in developing JP Morgan's strategic agenda and was a member of the company's capital and credit risk committees.

Demchak is a member and past chairman of the board of directors of the Bank Policy Institute and is a member of The Business Council. He is a member and past chairman of the Allegheny Conference on Community Development (ACCD) and serves as the chair of the Pittsburgh Regional Alliance, an ACCD affiliate. In addition, he is on the boards of directors of the Extra Mile Education Foundation and the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust.

Demchak received a bachelor of science degree from Allegheny College and earned an MBA in accounting from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Alvarado is the former Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Commercial Metals Company, a Fortune 500 global metals firm, which under his leadership was active in recycling, manufacturing, fabricating and trading.

Mr. Alvardo received his master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance from the SC Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.

Ms. Cafaro is the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Ventas, Inc., an S&P 500 company that is a leading owner of seniors housing, healthcare and research properties.

Ms. Cafaro received her J.D. cum laude in 1982 from the University of Chicago Law School and her B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in 1979.

Ms. Cheshire is Principal of A&R Development Corp., a diversified real estate development organization focused on the Baltimore and Washington markets.

Ms. Cheshire received a bachelor of science degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a master's of business administration from Stanford University.

Mr. Feldstein is the former Chief Executive Officer of BlueMountain Capital Management (now known as “Assured Investment Management”), and was the Chief Investment Officer for both Assured Guaranty and BlueMountain. Under Mr. Feldstein’s leadership, BlueMountain was a leading alternative asset manager with $18bn assets under management. Assured Guaranty is the leading provider of financial guaranty insurance.

Mr. Feldstein received a bachelor degree from Georgetown University and J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Mr. Harshman is the former Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Allegheny Technologies Incorporated, a Pittsburgh-based, global manufacturer of technically advanced specialty materials and complex parts and components.

Mr. Harshman received his undergraduate degree from Robert Morris University and CPA certification in State of California.

Daniel R. Hesse, Former President and Chief Executive Officer of Sprint Corp., one of the United States' largest wireless carriers, a position he held until August, 2014. He was former chairman and chief executive officer of Embarq Corp., and Chairman, President and Chief executive Officer of Terabeam Corp. and was in various leadership positions at AT&T, including president and chief executive officer at AT&T Wireless Services.

Mr. Hesse received a bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame and a master's degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Cornell University.

Renu Khator, Ph.D., holds the dual titles of Chancellor of the University of Houston System and President of the University of Houston. She also serves as a professor in the department of Government and International Affairs. As Chancellor of the University of Houston System, Dr. Khator oversees a four-university organization that serves more than 76,000 students.

Prior to her appointment at the University of Houston, Dr. Khator was Provost and Senior Vice President at the University of South Florida, where she held roles of increasing importance over the course of her 22-year career at the institution. She also previously served as 11th District Chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.

Dr. Khator received a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Kanpur University, India and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Political Science from Purdue University.

Ms. Medler, Retired Brigadier General, United States Air Force, is Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of L A Medler & Associates, LLC providing cyber strategy consulting services to commercial clients and numerous U.S Department of Defense customers. She also served as Chief Information Security Officer and Director of IT Security of Raytheon Missile Systems.

Ms. Medler has a BBA in Management & Computer Information Systems from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, an MS in National Security & Strategic Studies from the Naval War College and an MBA in Management Information Systems Concentration from the University of Arizona.

Robert A. Niblock is the former Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Lowe’s Companies, Inc., which operates together with its subsidiaries as a home improvement retailer in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

During his 25-year tenure at Lowe’s, Mr. Niblock held roles of increasing responsibility, serving in various financial positions including as Director of Taxation, Vice President and Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Lowe’s, Mr. Niblock had a nine-year career with accounting firm Ernst & Young.

Mr. Niblock received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Martin Pfinsgraff retired as Senior Deputy Comptroller Large Bank Supervision of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), a position he held until February 2017. He previously held the position of Deputy Comptroller for Credit and Market Risk and served on the Executive Committee of the OCC and as a member of the Senior Supervisors Group. He also held various positions at iJet International, a provider of operating risk management solutions, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Pfinsgraff has a BBA in Psychology from Allegheny College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Salesky is a co-founder and serves as the CEO of Stack AV Co., a developer and builder of autonomous trucking solutions to improve the safety and efficiency of modern freight and supply chain systems. Prior to his role with Stack AV, in 2016 Mr. Salesky co-founded and served as CEO of Argo AI, LLC, a self-driving technology platform company that partnered with leading automakers to develop the software, hardware, maps and cloud-support infrastructure to power self-driving vehicles. Previously, Mr. Salesky spent more than a decade in roles of increasing responsibility across leading technology companies including Google and Carnegie Mellon University’s National Robotics Engineering Center (NREC).

Mr. Salesky received his bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
